| Rigid Steel Frames are manufactured from light gauge high tensile TrueCore™ Steel made only by Bluescope Steel with a 50 year warranty. All Frames are certified by a Consulting Structural Engineer. The framing is easily assembled by clicking the components together and then pop riveting the connections. The framing is placed on a cradle for transport to site by crane trucks, and is unloaded on site ready for installation. All frames are colour coded to denote wall, roof ceiling, or floor frames for ease of identification by site personnel

For knockdown situations the components are rolled, marked with their part number and then packaged with the other components which make up that wall or roof frame.

Framing can be manufactured in any size that is easy to handle and comes complete with top and bottom plates, studs, noggings, braces and punched holes for electrical and plumbing services and any other punch outs that may be required. Additional noggings can be fitted at manufacture stage to suit any situation.

| Plastic Grommets are supplied loose for electrical wiring. Rigid Steel Framing uses a system of ceiling and roof frames which are supported with special hangers and ridge beams. This system eliminates the need for roof and ceiling battens (excluding tile roofs) making a considerable saving. |

| Upper Floor frames are manufactured using a system of parallel chore trusses for floor joists with engineered structural members for supports and bearers. Sub floor frames engineered from structural steel are designed and fabricated to complement Rigid Steel Framing. Some architectural designs require additional structural members these are incorporated into our system and make the complete package. |
