The steps in our simple engagement process are outlined here:

1. Send plans for quotation.

2. Receive detailed quotation based upon plans from our quoting and estimating team.

| 3. Acknowledge and accept quotation with signature and deposit. |

4. Rigid Steel will then detail and convert your plan into a three dimensional model ready for manufacture in our factory.

| 5. Form 15 – Engineering Design Certification. |
| 6. Design Signoff - we will at this stage present to you our plans for signoff. |
| 7. Manufacture. |
| 8. Deliver to site. |
| 9. Flexible Arranged Installation. |
| 10. Detailed Inspections - Form 16 -Frame Inspection Certification. |
