FRAMING DETAILER / ESTIMATOR

As an experienced Detailer / Estimator, your primary responsibilities will revolve around preparation of detailed design and cost estimates that will grow this business further.

In addition to this you will be required to do the following:

• Perform detailed take offs for residential and commercial buildings.

To  be successful in this role you will need to have:

• At least two years experience working in a similar capacity within the Steel Framing Industry with an emphasis on Scottsdale wall system framing, truss and flooring.
• Exposure and working knowledge of frame and truss design software.
• Technical and practical knowledge of estimating, construction methods and techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
